Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and assertive Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Specialist to manage invoicing and collections for a fast-paced manufacturing company.
This role is highly execution-focused and requires someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable following up persistently to drive payments. The position includes both invoicing and collections responsibilities, with exposure to complex billing structures.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of Accounts Receivable and collections experience
- Experience working with high-volume and complex invoicing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with follow-ups and collections conversations
- Tech-savvy with ability to work across multiple systems and Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full AR process from invoicing through collections and payment
- Generate and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Follow up consistently on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collection
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with customers
- Work closely with internal teams to clarify billing details and issues
- Maintain accurate records of communications, payments, and account status
