Job Summary

As Controller, you’ll oversee core accounting functions, collaborate with cost accountants, and ensure financial accuracy and compliance. This role offers a clear path to executive leadership and is ideal for candidates with strong manufacturing finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and month-end close processes
• Collaborate with cost accountants to optimize inventory and cost controls
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Mentor finance team members and support leadership development

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting
• Strong background in product-based industries (food or garments preferred)
• Proficient in NetSuite ERP
• Skilled in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
• Strong leadership and team development abilities
• Ambition to grow into VP Finance or CFO roles
