We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Care Management to lead our team and ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. This role is ideal for a strong leader passionate about building teams, creating efficient workflows, and driving program success.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and oversee a team of Care Managers.
- Training Programs: Develop and implement training initiatives to equip Care Managers with essential skills and knowledge.
- Program Oversight: Create workflows and systems to streamline operations and improve program efficiency.
- Billing Management: Oversee billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate Care Managers’ performance and provide regular feedback and support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in care management or a similar field.
- Strong organizational skills to develop systems and ensure operational efficiency.
- Expertise in training and mentoring teams for consistent improvement.
