The organization is focused on operational excellence, compliance, and sustainable growth within a highly regulated healthcare environment.
Position Overview
The Director of Operations/COO will lead day-to-day operations, drive performance, and support expansion across multi-site ABA services. This role oversees regional operations, clinical support teams, and infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalable growth.
This is a senior leadership role balancing strategy and hands-on operational execution.
The Ideal Candidate
Strong healthcare or ABA multi-site operations leadership experience
Proven ability to scale operations across multiple locations or regions
Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory environments
Data-driven operator focused on performance and efficiency
Strong leadership presence with experience managing large teams
Growth-oriented with strong operational and financial judgment
Key Responsibilities
Lead operational performance across multi-site ABA services in two states
Drive growth initiatives, expansion, and operational scalability
Oversee regional managers, administrative teams, and operational staff
Ensure compliance with state, payer, and regulatory requirements
Implement KPIs, reporting structures, and performance metrics
Improve operational workflows, staffing models, and service delivery
Partner with executive leadership on strategy and expansion plans
Manage budgets, operational costs, and financial performance
Standardize processes across locations to improve efficiency
