$225K + 6–10 promote on investments

A growing family office is launching its direct real estate investment platform and is looking for a senior investment professional to lead it.

This is a rare opportunity to build and shape a platform from the ground up, with full ownership across sourcing, execution, and asset management.

You will work closely with the Principal and CFO to:

Define the investment strategy

Build the deal pipeline

Execute acquisitions

Drive performance across the portfolio

This role is designed for someone who wants to think and operate like an owner, not just participate in a process.

How This Role Operates (Important to Understand)

This is a highly autonomous role with significant responsibility.

You will operate independently day-to-day, with support from the CFO on financial oversight

There is no pre-built team or pipeline, you will create both

In-person meetings occur every 2–4 weeks, with limited remote structure (~5–10%)

The role involves frequent travel to evaluate and manage properties

Investment markets and focus areas are still being defined, requiring flexibility and judgment
