Overview

A growing ABA services organization is seeking a Program Director / Growth Lead to help scale operations, drive client intake, and support the next phase of expansion.

The organization is well-positioned for growth, with a strong clinical foundation, a growing BCBA team, and a significant waitlist. The focus now is execution — bringing in new clients, supporting operational flow, and helping the program expand efficiently.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines operational awareness with strong drive and accountability.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Drive client intake and conversion from a large existing waitlist
• Support expansion into new geographic areas
• Coordinate closely with BCBAs and clinical leadership
• Ensure operational flow between intake, scheduling, and service delivery
• Maintain high standards around compliance and documentation
• Identify bottlenecks and help improve processes
• Support clinic launch and growth initiatives
