About the Role

This role has two core priorities:

Build the finance function – bring bookkeeping in-house and create structure, reporting, and accountability.
Help the company grow – partner with ownership on profitability, expansion, and major business decisions.

Additionally, this role requires someone comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on while building the team and infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Establish and oversee the internal finance function

• Initially handle deeper financial operations while building the team

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

• Turn financial data into clear business direction

• Support growth planning and operational decisions

• Guide pricing, staffing, and margin strategy

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has helped a business scale or grow meaningfully

• Is comfortable being both strategic and in the details

• Can build structure where it doesn’t yet exist

• Communicates clearly and partners well with ownership

Helpful Backgrounds (Highly Preferred)

• Healthcare or ABA

• Multi-location organizations

• Built a finance department
