Position Overview

Growing home care organization seeking an Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit preparation.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

• 3+ years of accounting experience

• Experience with journal entries and account reconciliations

• Month-end close experience

• Strong Excel skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

• Healthcare, home care, or nonprofit experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries

• Perform bank and account reconciliations

• Assist with month-end and year-end close

• Maintain general ledger accuracy

• Support financial reporting

• Assist with audits and compliance reporting

• Review AP and AR activity

• Analyze and resolve accounting discrepancies
