  • Personally assist with key client meetings, presentations, negotiations, proposals, and closing strategic opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and business development.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, service opportunities, and revenue streams.
  • Pursue private and public RFPs, bid opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, commercial real estate firms, building owners, developers, and facility management clients.
  • Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling while reactivating dormant clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue metrics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Leadership to maximize business growth.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and oversee proposal development, pricing, and contract review.
  • Continuously improve sales processes, reporting, and overall team performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of leading successful B2B sales teams and consistently achieving revenue goals.
  • Experience selling facility management, janitorial, commercial cleaning, building services, staffing, security, landscaping, property services, or similar outsourced business services strongly preferred.
  • Strong business development, account management, and strategic sales experience.
  • Experience responding to RFPs and developing proposals is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Why Apply?

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus.
  • Opportunity to lead and build a growing commercial sales organization.
