Position Overview
A growing healthcare organization is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Systems Manager to oversee its technology platforms, operational systems, and IT-related initiatives.
This role is responsible for ensuring that systems run efficiently, identifying opportunities for improvement, managing external IT vendors and developers, and implementing technology solutions that support organizational growth.
The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver who understands both technology and business operations, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and knows how to translate operational needs into effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage organizational platforms, including Monday.com, CentralReach, Viventium, Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and other operational tools.
Identify system inefficiencies and implement improvements, automations, and integrations.
Manage relationships with external IT providers, software vendors, and developers.
Oversee technology projects, system implementations, upgrades, and development initiatives.
Coordinate hardware, software, device management, licensing, and user access.
Work closely with leadership, operations, HR, billing, and clinical teams to ensure systems support business needs.
Develop and document workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate effective resolutions.
Oversee technology security, access permissions, data protection, and compliance-related requirements.
Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
Experience in systems management, technology operations, IT administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of business systems, software platforms, and workflow automation.
Experience managing external IT vendors, developers, or technology projects.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments.
Experience with Monday.com, Microsoft 365, CRM systems, or similar platforms preferred.
Healthcare or ABA industry experience is a plus.
Must be able to work onsite in Toms River, NJ.
