Job # 5221
$200,000 - $250,000
Director of Execution | DTC Growth & Operations
Compensation: $200,000 Base + Significant Profit-Sharing Opportunity
Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid Flexibility | Local Candidates Preferred
The Opportunity
An established, fast-growing consumer brand with a proven product and strong e-commerce foundation is looking for an experienced operator to lead its next stage of growth.
The business has already reached eight-figure revenue and is investing in expanding its direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels, strengthening operations, and scaling toward significantly larger revenue.
We’re seeking someone who has been a primary driver in scaling a private-label, DTC, or e-commerce brand through the $10M–$50M growth stage.
Not someone who simply participated in that growth, but the person who built the systems, led the teams, managed execution, and was directly accountable for the results that made that growth possible.
You’ll work directly with the founders, take ownership of business performance, lead internal teams, hold external agencies accountable, and ensure that growth initiatives translate into measurable results.
The product is proven. The growth opportunity is substantial. We need the operator who can make it happen.
What You’ll Own
Business Performance & P&L: Own financial and operational performance, manage budgets, protect profitability, and drive measurable improvements in revenue, margins, and operating efficiency.
DTC Growth Execution: Lead the execution of growth initiatives across Shopify, Amazon, and other e-commerce channels, turning strategic priorities into profitable, measurable results.
Agency Performance & Accountability: Own relationships with advertising, creative, and growth agencies. Establish KPIs, manage budgets, challenge underperformance, and hold partners accountable for customer acquisition, conversion, and marketing ROI.
Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop teams. Establish clear responsibilities, set performance expectations, address underperformance, and ensure people deliver on commitments.
Operations & Scalability: Oversee key operational functions, including supplier relationships, inventory coordination, product development, quality control, and customer experience.
Systems & Execution: Build the processes, reporting, scorecards, and accountability structures needed to support growth. Identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and ensure important initiatives get completed.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Business Scaling: You’ve been a key operating leader responsible for driving a consumer brand through significant growth, ideally within the $10M–$50M revenue range. You can demonstrate what you personally owned, built, and delivered.
Builder & Executor: You’ve built teams, implemented systems, established accountability, and driven initiatives from planning through successful execution. Your experience goes beyond overseeing an existing operation.
P&L & Commercial Ownership: You understand the financial drivers of an e-commerce business and have directly managed budgets, profitability, performance metrics, and business outcomes.
Agency & Team Leadership: You know how to get results through people, hold external partners accountable, make difficult decisions, and maintain high standards without becoming the bottleneck.
Entrepreneurial Operating Style: You move quickly, take ownership, solve problems independently, and are comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Amazon marketplace experience, private-label manufacturing or sourcing exposure, and familiarity with EOS or similar operating systems.
What Success Looks Like
Deliver measurable, profitable growth across DTC and e-commerce channels.
Improve agency performance, marketing efficiency, and return on investment.
Build and lead an accountable team that consistently executes without constant founder involvement.
Establish scalable systems, clear KPIs, and disciplined operating processes.
Turn business priorities into completed initiatives and measurable financial results.
The Right Fit
You’re someone who has already helped build a growing business from the inside as a principal execution leader, not someone whose experience is limited to managing one department or contributing to a larger organization’s success.
You’ve been the person making things happen, building the infrastructure, managing the people, solving the problems, and taking responsibility when results weren’t where they needed to be.
You’re comfortable challenging agencies, suppliers, and internal teams. You understand when to delegate, when to step in, and how to keep the business moving without everything depending on you.
You don’t need to be the visionary. You need to be the person who turns vision into execution and execution into results.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
This is an opportunity to join an established consumer brand with a proven product, strong market traction, and significant growth potential.
You’ll work directly with entrepreneurial founders, have meaningful ownership of business performance, and play a central role in building the company into its next stage.
The compensation includes a competitive $200,000 base salary and a significant profit-sharing opportunity tied to business performance.
We’re looking for someone who has already demonstrated the ability to build, lead, and scale a business and wants the opportunity to do it again, with meaningful financial participation in the results.
