We’re a fast-growing company with established private-label brands, looking for a creative, tech-savvy Amazon Growth Manager who knows how to build and scale brands on Amazon.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of Amazon growth, test new ideas, and drive sales and profitability across multiple brands.

What You’ll Own

• Grow and scale private-label brands on Amazon.

• Optimize product listings, A+ Content, pricing, PPC, and promotions.

• Develop strategies for product launches, rankings, and customer retention.

• Use AI tools, automation, and A/B testing to improve performance.

• Identify new growth opportunities through research, data, and experimentation.

• Track sales, profitability, and key performance metrics.

• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to execute strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience building or growing private-label brands on Amazon.

• Working knowledge of Seller Central, Amazon PPC, listings, and marketplace strategies.

• Tech-savvy, with practical experience using AI tools.

• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Independent thinker who brings fresh ideas and takes ownership.

• Hungry to succeed, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-growing environment.
