We are seeking a high-impact, growth-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead a multi-site healthcare organization through its next phase of expansion. This role requires a hands-on operator with a proven ability to scale organizations, drive profitability, and manage complex regulated operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Set vision and execute growth strategy across multi-site operations

• Financial Performance: Own P&L, budgeting, and overall business performance

• Operational Oversight: Lead business operations, compliance, HR, and organizational infrastructure

• Growth & Expansion: Launch new programs, services, and locations

• Process & Systems: Build scalable systems and ensure regulatory compliance

• Executive Decision Making: Serve as senior authority across operations and leadership teams

• Culture & Leadership: Build high-performing teams and strong organizational culture

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading organizations with strong revenue growth

• Extensive P&L and operational leadership experience

• Background in healthcare, education, or regulated services preferred

• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• Experience managing large teams and multi-location operations
