Position Overview
A rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Human Resources & Recruiting to oversee both the employee lifecycle and recruiting function.
This is a highly strategic leadership role for someone who can build proactive systems, improve organizational effectiveness, develop scalable recruiting operations, and partner closely with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, and HR compliance
- Coach leaders through employee challenges and organizational decisions
- Oversee leave administration, unemployment, accommodations, and employment practices
- Improve HR processes, workflows, and employee programs
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Talent Acquisition
- Lead the internal recruiting team
- Design scalable recruiting infrastructure and hiring processes
- Build proactive talent pipelines
- Develop recruiter KPIs and performance metrics
- Improve sourcing strategies and hiring quality
- Partner with department leaders on workforce planning
- Leverage automation and delegation to maximize recruiting efficiency
Qualifications
- 6+ years of HR and Talent Acquisition leadership experience
- Proven success overseeing both HR and recruiting functions
- Strong operational mindset with excellent process improvement skills
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and leadership presence
- Experience building scalable people operations
- Ability to balance employee advocacy with organizational priorities
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred
