About the Opportunity
We are a rapidly growing investment and operating company that acquires, builds, and scales service businesses across multiple industries.
As our portfolio grows, we’re building a centralized marketing organization to support multiple companies from one strategic marketing function.
The creative team already exists.
What we need is a leader.
Someone who can create strategy, prioritize initiatives, align marketing with business goals, and build accountability across the department.
What You’ll Own
- Lead marketing strategy across multiple portfolio companies
- Manage and develop an internal team of web developers, designers, strategists, and social media professionals
- Own digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, branding, content, and lead generation
- Prioritize projects and marketing investments based on business impact
- Establish KPIs and measure marketing performance
- Partner closely with executive leadership and Sales to support company growth
- Build scalable processes, accountability, and operational discipline within the marketing department
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of marketing leadership experience
- Experience leading internal marketing teams
- Strong digital marketing background, including Meta Ads and SEO
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing budgets
- Data-driven decision maker who understands marketing ROI
- Strong leadership, coaching, and project prioritization skills
