Position Overview

A growing service-based company specializing in commercial facility maintenance and compliance services is seeking a hands-on Office & Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate field and office teams, and ensure efficient, accountable execution across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and team performance
  • Manage scheduling and routing of field technicians
  • Serve as the point of coordination between office and field teams
  • Track workflows, proposals, and job completion to ensure execution
  • Oversee ordering of equipment and operational needs
  • Lead team meetings, training, and onboarding
  • Identify gaps and implement process improvements

Qualifications & Must-Haves

  • Experience in operations, office management, or service-based environments
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and teams
  • Experience with scheduling, dispatch, or logistics preferred
