$70,000–$90,000 DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (On-Site)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and persistent Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects across a busy marketing department.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn scattered information into organized, actionable projects. This role requires strong follow-through, excellent communication, and the ability to keep multiple projects moving from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and organize project information from leadership across emails, messages, and meetings.

• Create and manage projects in ClickUp, assigning tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines.

• Coordinate with the Director of Marketing and team members across social media, content, and other marketing functions.

• Follow up consistently with team members to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track.

• Obtain necessary information, feedback, and approvals from various departments.

• Identify bottlenecks, resolve delays, and proactively push projects through to completion.

• Maintain clear communication and accountability across multiple ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on project management experience.

• Marketing project management experience preferred but not required.

• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment with multiple team members.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication, persistence, and follow-through.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and hold others accountable.

• Experience with ClickUp or similar project management software preferred.

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative.
