Shipping Warehouse Supervisor – Second Shift

$70,000- $85,000 DOE
Monday–Thursday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Flexibility Required: Half days on Fridays and/or Sundays as needed
Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, highly motivated Shipping Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient picking, loading, and on-time truck departures.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead warehouse pickers and loaders to maintain productivity and efficiency.
Ensure trucks are loaded accurately and dispatched on schedule without delays.
Monitor daily workflows, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve operational issues.
Manage employee schedules, performance, and accountability.
Motivate and develop team members through strong communication and leadership.
Maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
Take full ownership of department performance and remain engaged until daily operations are completed.
Qualifications
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required.
Strong operations background preferred; warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Proven ability to manage, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Ability to oversee operations on a larger scale.
Proactive, dependable, adaptable, and willing to take initiative.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work additional hours when operational needs require.
