$200,000 – $250,000 Base + Bonus Structure

 

Company & Position Overview

Established company serving the hospitality construction and renovation industry is seeking a VP of Sales & Marketing to help scale and professionalize its sales organization.

The company supplies products for hotel new construction and renovation projects nationwide and has an existing sales team, strong client relationships, and established book of business. Leadership is looking for someone who can bring structure, accountability, KPIs, process, and overall sales organization to the team.

This role will also oversee the growth and buildout of a second company that serves the same hotel client base with complementary products and services.

The ideal candidate is a strong sales leader who understands how to build systems, manage teams, improve performance, and help drive overall company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales and marketing efforts
  • Implement KPIs, reporting, CRM structure, and accountability
  • Coach and develop the sales team
  • Improve pipeline management and sales processes
  • Help build out sales operations for a second business division
  • Assist with branding, marketing, and lead generation initiatives
  • Identify new business and growth opportunities
  • Work closely with ownership on overall growth strategy

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Sales Leadership, VP of Sales, Director of Sales, or similar role
  • Experience building process and structure within a sales organization
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • CRM, KPI, and reporting experience
  • Strategic but also hands-on
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
